You shouldn't have to use the "Remote Devices via Linx Gateway" unless you're genuinely connecting to an installation of RSLinx Gateway software somewhere else on your TCP/IP network. Can anyone give me a step by step or see what I am missing? Thanks in advance.ġ.
If I click browse after putting the number in there, the apply tag lights up, but when I click on it, nothing happens, and nothing is added. Under the server IP address or hostname, I am putting in the number that it shows on the other laptops. This brings up the configure remote devices box. I have gone in and selected remote devices via Linx gateway. I am trying to add another ethernet driver to the list of configured drivers on RSLinx Lite.
